The states we use instead
- Delivered
- The service delivered the contribution. This does not mean it was read or understood.
- Acknowledged
- The recipient deliberately confirms they have understood it.
- Replying later
- The recipient intends to return to it.
- Accepted
- The recipient accepts the proposed action or commitment.
- Declined
- The recipient has clearly and respectfully declined.
- Resolved
- The required outcome has been reached.
Delivered never becomes Acknowledged automatically. Nobody is ranked or punished for response speed, and silence is never interpreted as rejection.
Urgent communication
mesj is not an emergency service. If something concerns immediate safety, health or welfare, contact the person or the appropriate emergency service directly.
Nothing here promises that urgent messages will be automatically recognised.
